This has definitely been a work week and that’s kind of boring to talk about so I’m not gonna’. Instead I’m going to talk about the other stuff that I’m trying to get done as I do my work.
Eating well: Since November I’ve been making an effort to get fit again. I was starting to get “skinny-fat.” That isn’t a great look for me so I started working out again and trying to eat better. For the most part I avoid fast food, drink a small pond’s worth of water and try to eat from the outer ring of the grocery store. So far so good. I’m really starting to see results and I’ve noticed a real increase in my energy level. Small side effect: insomnia. I use the time to work – or screw around on Facebook. My picture today is what I ate tonight.
I love sushi, but it’s not the most cost effective dinner. I’m lucky because I have a Fuji Grill by my place. They have good food and decent sushi at good prices.
And now I’m going to go to bed because my brain is total tooth paste right now.
